100 FOLD BLESSING DURING A DOUBLE DIP RECESSION

It’s been 3 years of living in the desert (literally) west of Phoenix, Arizona. In reality, it’s just the eternal NOW that appears to have been drawn out into what we know of as time. Lessons in the desert are priceless, be it a literal or figurative desert. This is one class that can not be skipped and if you find someway to “cut class” or be absent too often, you get to take it all over again.

The latest “news” in the illusionary world is that things don’t look so good for the economy. Many are finding themselves again wondering what they are going to do. More jobs will be soon lost, people are spending less, not enough jobs are being created and major companies and banks are failing. The Politicians and their prophets (the Media) are making their predictions of a Double Dip Recession.

What Does Double Dip Recession Mean?

When gross domestic product (GDP) growth slides back to negative after a quarter or two of positive growth. A double-dip recession refers to a recession followed by a short-lived recovery, followed by another recession. (Let me translate that for you. The Banks and the Politicians have screwed us again. They have bailed themselves out with golden parachutes and padded their pockets and left us to find our own way).

That sounds about right and it’s not necessarily a bad thing for the true Believer. I want to share with you today a story in the Bible about a Double Dip Recession (Depression/Famine) and how to not be greatly impacted by it. Many will even prosper as never before while in the desert of what appears as economic collapse.

One thing I have learned about the Creator is when everything is falling apart, there seems to be no hope and people are panicking, that’s when He shows his mighty works.

HOW TO PROSPER IN A DOUBLE-DIP RECESSION?

1. You Must Go Where God Leads Even If It Seems Silly. OBEDIENCE.

It was over 3 years ago God sent us to the desert, a geographical location I never thought I would be and did not know anyone.

“And there was a famine in the land, beside the first famine (Double-Dip Recession) that was in the days of Abraham. And Isaac went unto Abimelech king of the Philistines unto Gerar. And the LORD appeared unto him, and said, Go not down into Egypt; dwell in the land which I shall tell thee of: Sojourn in this land, and I will be with thee, and will bless thee; thy seed… and I will perform the oath which I sware unto Abraham thy father”. Genesis 26:1-3

Sometime God just doesn’t make sense. Isaac was told, don’t go to Egypt where the prosperity is; jobs, opportunities, affordable housing and comfort. (Of course He doesn't say this to everyone). God led Isaac to Gerar, which is modern day Gaza Strip (where the oppressed Palestinians have been confined to). This was a desert, a waste land, plus there was a famine (Double-Dip Recession). Gerar means, a lodging place. The modern name for Gerar is Umm. (No joking). Doesn’t God have a sense of humor? This word is relevant for you today. In your desert experiences God will always lead you into experiences where you say, “Umm?”. (Things that make you go, Umm). You will question, it wont even make sense, your family will think you are crazy and your neighbors will criticize you and you might even think you’re losing your mind. Keep in mind everyone has to hear for themselves. Just obey.

This lesson is priceless because your heavenly Father is setting you up for a Hundredfold Blessing right in the middle of Double-Dip Recession. Can you shout, “UMM?” If you can get to your Gerar (lodging place-REST IN HIM), your “Umm,” you wont have to worry about a J-O-B Just–Over- Broke or Just- Over- Bankrupt. Get a hold of G-O-D and Obey. He can supply your needs without any income; I am a living witness to this. Don’t lean to your own understanding of what seems logical, faith transcends logic and human wisdom, making them look foolish.

Just to fast forward to show the effects of Isaac’s obedience that caused a Generational Blessing, Look at what God told them.

“For the land, where you go in to possess it, is not as the land of Egypt, from whence you came out, where you sowed your seed, and watered it with thy foot, as a garden of herbs: But the land, where ye go to possess it, is a land of hills and valleys, and drink water of the rain of heaven:” Deuteronomy 11:10-11

God basically said to them, You can do all the work, using your feet and energy and see how much you get accomplished doing things your way. Or, you can do things my way and watch me open the windows of heaven to prosper you.

2. YOU MUST TRUST GOD TO PROSPER YOU IN HORRIBLE CONDITIONS.

“So he stayed in Gerar.” Genesis 26: 6

Go where God sends you and stay there, don’t move until He says to move. You should not be swayed by the illusionary world, the media, politicians and your own emotions. You must find that Rest in Him. This is where your “Umm” is no longer a question or suspicion but an expression of DELIGHT. Can you shout, “Umm?” Ooohh taste and see that the LORD is good. “Umm”. “Delight yourself also in the LORD and He will give you the desires of your heart”.

3. YOU MUST SOW IN THAT LAND TO REAP MULTIPLICATION

“Then Isaac sowed in that land, and received in the same year a hundredfold: and the LORD blessed him. And the man waxed great, and went forward, and grew until he became very great: For he had possession of flocks, and possession of herds, and great store of servants: and the Philistines envied him”. Genesis 26:12-14

God has given us specific keys on how to prosper during Double-Dip Recession. Most people can make it through the first two points but many seem to stumble at this one. Many are afraid to trust God with their MONEY. Isaac had learned about the “tenth”, a tithe from his father Abraham. He understood the power of sowing that unlocks the supernatural.

Abraham had given a “tenth” to Melchizedek King of Salem (Peace) and after that Sarah who was barren was able to conceive and brought forth Isaac (laughter). Genesis 14:20

What gets my attention in Isaac’s story is there was a famine, extremely hard times, Double-Dip Recession and he sowed “in that land”. (He did not wait for times to get better, to make more money, get a better job, more hours or to get bills paid off). If what you have does not meet your need, then it Must be your Seed.

When there is a famine there is no rain, the seed it dead without the water to bring resurrection life. Because of Isaac’s Obedience to go where God said to go, to Trust God in a horrible situation and to Sow Seed (Give); it unlocked the supernatural for him. He received 100 times more than what he gave (sowed). Where did the water come from, it was a famine? It was a miracle, supernatural. He became so wealthy during Double-Dip Recession that all of his neighbors were envious. They were all in the same area, experiencing the same Famine. What was it that made Isaac successful when everyone else was failing and suffering? OBEDIENCE, TRUST & SOWING SEED, you can not just Obey and Trust, Seed must be Sown. Words and phrases like famine, economic collapse, Double-Dip Recession, Bank Failure, and Depression have no power and can not affect those that activate universal laws by Giving (sowing seed).

So what is the Tithe? It is the tenth, 10% of what we earn or possess that must be released or sowed as seed in order to activate the Universal Law of Multiplication and No Limitations. This Law transcends religion, gender, race, education, and culture; it works for whoever activates it by Giving. (This is not a legalistic practice, it predates the Scripture Law of Tithing. It is a Universal Law as gravity is). “Whatsoever a person sows that shall he also reap”. Are we limited to 10%? No. “God loves the cheerful (hilarious) giver.” “He that sows sparingly shall reap sparingly; he that sows bountifully shall reap bountifully”. Is this a religious act? Not necessarily, giving should be done out of an excited, happy heart of love and expectancy. Everyone can give.

The word “tenth” or tithe in Hebrew is A-SAR or ma-asar. The word “Rich” in Hebrew is A-SHAR. Somehow the Spirit is showing us that a Universal key to Riches and Wealth is tied to the Tenth. Found within the Ashar (riches) is the Asar (tenth), the seed that produces the abundant unlimited harvest.

Look, I am going to show you a mystery. The "H" in AsHar that transmutes the Tenth (Asar) into Riches & Wealth (AsHar) is the 5th letter of the Hebrew Alphabet, pronounced HE/HEY. 5 is the number of Grace, ministry, etc. Plus, the Hey or "H" is part of the sacred name of God, YHWH. Hey literally means, Look there's a Window opened. (If you are a student of the Bible you should be shouting now with joy. Re-read that again). "Bring all the tenth/tithe... and Test me NOW says God and see if I will not open you the Windows of heaven and pour you out a blessing you wont have room enough to receive". Malachi 3:10 Can you Obey in difficult situations? Can you hear and Trust the Eternal Voice in the desert of Double Dip Recession saying, “ Put me to the test, I AM the LORD God and I change not?”

DEEPER MEANINGS BEHIND GERAR – UMM

We discovered that God sent Isaac to Gerar which means, lodging place, a place to REST. This is very important when you are under pressure, children, debt, aging with uncertain future, marriage problems, no job, depression, and struggling. You must find that Rest in your desert experience. You must come to a place of meditation to quiet the voices in your head and shut your ears off to the external noise. This is what the Spirit would say to you, “Be still and know that I AM God”.

Gerar was renamed after many years to Umm. Umm in Arabic means Mother. You will have to release yourself from limited thinking to get this next point and keep it in perspective. One of the Creators’ names and expressions is EL Shaddai. EL Shaddai is the feminine or Motherly aspect of God, the Goddess. It means, More Than Enough; the breasted one, burly. This is the aspect of God that blesses abundantly more than you can Think or ASK.

“I appeared to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob by the name God Almighty (EL Shaddai)”. Exodus 6:3 “As a mother (Umm) comforts her child, so I will comfort you”. Isaiah 66:13 “How I longed to gather you as a hen (Umm) gather her chicks under her wings but you refused..” Luke 13:34

The Spirit of the LORD is summoning and trying to position us so we can be comforted and cared for during the coming hot desert experiences called Double-Dip Recession. It is the Umm that knows exactly what that child needs. It is the Umm that caresses and loves that child that’s been disobedient and is able to overlook all of his failures. Get positioned in the bosom of EL Shaddai, Divine Wisdom, Shekinah, Holy Spirit, Umm Goddess and experience the abundance as you Obey, Trust and Sow.

DEFINE RICHES & WEALTH

"Isaac sowed in that land and received a hundredfold return". Are you saying if I give $100 or $1000 I can receive 100 times back, $10,000 or $100,000? Yes, all things are possible to those that believe. If you plant corn you will surely reap corn. If you give money, money must come back to you. It is a Universal Law that can not be broken and everything in the Universe is based on the “seed principle”. However, no one can say that everyone will actually receive a 100 fold return, it could be 30 fold or 60 fold, or 1000 fold. According to your faith, so be it unto you. Mark 4:3

What we are saying is that Almighty God has given specific keys how to prosper during Double-Dip Recession or any Economical Disaster. Your definition of prosperity, riches and wealth may be different from someone else. Riches and Wealth is whatever you define it as. It could be enough to live off of, being debt-free, paying your mortgage off or car note, good health, seeing your children and grandchildren laugh, living off the land in seclusion, giving away everything to the poor, living a monastic life and knowing that God loves you. All of these things provide satisfaction and joy as riches.

On the other hand your definition of riches and wealth could be owning a mansion, several cars, a private jet, being a CEO of a large company, a big ministry, enough money to get all your relatives out of debt and living comfortably, being able to perform humanitarian acts consistently, traveling the world and serving God with your whole heart. Neither scenario or definition should be judged or condemned when riches are gotten through honest means, we are free to choose and live according to our Faith.

RECAP

The All Knowing Creator whom we call God loves His creation so much. He uses every experience we have to help us manifest Love and be Love in every situation. The lessons during our desert experiences are necessary for our spiritual development. God is always thinking about enriching your life even in Double-Dip Recession, Umm. All I need to do is to Activate the Universal Law of Giving and Receiving. Wealth and Riches (AsHar) are connected to me releasing the Tenth (Asar).

We learned or re-learned that sometime our love for God will be tested. We are asked to do (Obey) things that seem impossible. We are asked to (Trust) when we don’t even know how to. And lastly, we are asked to (Give) when we are in extreme situations in order for miraculous abundance to come to us and our family. It takes Love to be able to give. For God so loved the world that He gave his only begotten Son (Jesus).

Let This be your Meditation/Affirmation/Declaration as you chant and repeat this daily over and over. After each phrase chant the "UMM" with happy emotions and Delight as tasting something sweet and feel the vibration of El Shaddai, Shekinah, Divine Wisdom, Holy Spirit throughout your being.

I AM ALWAYS OBEDIENT TO THE SPIRIT, THE CHRIST WITHIN ME. (Umm)

I TRUST GOD, HE HAS NEVER FAILED ME - I TRUST GOD IN ME. (Umm)
